L. Stanton Towne is executive vice president, general counsel and director. He joined the company in 2008 after a 30-year history as an attorney in New York City, primarily representing tenants with their commercial real estate needs. 

Stan was previously a partner with the law firm McDermott Will & Emery and with Towne, Dolgin, Sawyier & Horton, a firm he co-founded and co-managed for eight years. He started his legal career with Sullivan & Cromwell.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Stan was chair of the Committee on Real Property Law of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and an adjunct professor teaching commercial leasing at New York Law School.
