Professional Expertise 

Laura Schueren is a Project Manager in Savills Chicago office, where her responsibilities include client reporting as well as project document control, invoice reconciliation and move-in coordination. As a member of the regional Project Management practice, she uses her expertise in research interpretation and data visualization to develop materials that allow clients to clearly assess planning and progress to support informed and timely decisions.

Promoted to Project Manager in 2021, Laura joined Savills in 2020 as a Client Services Specialist supporting industrial brokers and their clients. She has over eight years of industry experience, including tenure at leading design and real estate firms. Over her career, she has served clients across industry sectors, including retail, restaurants, office, and industrial.

Prior to joining Savills, Laura was an Analyst at Gensler, a global architecture and design firm, performing research and developing data on behalf of clients to help accurately interpret information, inform decision-making and promote projects that drive human-centered design. Specializing in data visualization, she also worked at CBRE as the Lead Marketing Specialist on behalf of the Restaurant Practice Group. In that role, she conducted and illustrated complex location analysis and demographic research to help clients interpret prospective markets and identify potential sites for their intended use. Laura began her real estate career serving as an intern in the City of Cleveland’s Urban Planning Department.

Awards Achievements and Activities

Laura is a licensed real estate broker in both Ohio and Illinois as well as an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2015. Her community activities include serving as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Cleveland and participating as a studio member at the Fulton Street Collective, an art gallery and event space.
