His team combines more than 150 years of experience across financial advisory, architecture, workplace strategy, project management, law, and economics. His experience includes notable assignments such as a 100,000-square-foot expansion for The Quad Preparatory School, a 26,000-square-foot relocation for New York City Charter School of the Arts, a 75,000-square-foot assignment for the Board of Education Retirement System, a 200,000-square-foot assignment for the Teachers Retirement System, and a 98,000-square-foot relocation for Sumitomo Corporation of America. His broader client experience includes JCCA and National Urban League. Marc joined Savills in 1991 after beginning his career with Sutton & Edwards, and focuses on the New York metropolitan market, with particular expertise in Downtown Manhattan.
