Nate Brzozowski joined Savills in 2015 with an experience base that encompasses sophisticated financial analysis and developing advantageous client real estate strategies. Over the course of his career, Nate has executed large transactions for many notable clients in 30 US states and Canada totaling over 8 million square feet.

He comes directly from a five-year stay helping to build Cushman & Wakefield’s tristate consulting practice where he served as the lead financial consultant on millions of square feet of office/industrial leases and capital market transactions around the US. Nate’s past and present clients include companies such as Morgan Stanley, Citibank, LVMH, The Valley Hospital, American Eagle Outfitters, Cognizant, SES Americom, Goya Foods, NJIT, Shiseido, Brother International, Drinker Biddle Reath, Eisai, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Sharp Electronics.

Prior to C&W, Nate spent over two years in private equity with Normandy Real Estate Partners. He has personally underwritten billions of dollars of commercial properties (including office, retail and hotel), mortgages and REITs for acquisition. He was involved in all facets of real estate, from acquisitions and dispositions, to leasing and property management, asset management and quarterly reporting on a portfolio spanning over 8mm square feet across the east coast.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Nate holds a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and Certified Specialist Accounting and Finance (CSAF) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and is the founder of the Savills national Healthcare Practice Group. He was also appointed to the inaugural cohort of the 18-month Harvard Business Analytics Program (2018) which was limited to 60 seats internationally. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. He has published technical articles and opinion pieces for leading publications such as CFO magazine and Commercial Observer. Nate sits on the Board of Trustees for The Ethical Community Charter School in Jersey City and has served other local organizations including Family Service of Morris County’s Young Executives Board, The All-Stars Project as a lecturer and fundraiser, Newark YEA! Young Entrepreneurs Academy as a mentor and the Food Bank of NJ as a volunteer.
