With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Noah Kruger is an Executive Managing Director in Savills’ Houston office, where he advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, energy, financial services, legal and professional services. His strategic approach and deep industry insight have made him a trusted advisor for organizations navigating complex real estate decisions, both domestically and globally.

Noah brings a rare combination of technical acumen and personal, practical approachability to every engagement. Drawing from his early career as a research analyst at JLL and his rise through the ranks—from data-driven roles to high- stakes negotiation—Noah offers clients a unique ability to distill intricate financial and workplace strategies into actionable, bottom-line-focused results. His architectural background and degree in Environmental Design, complemented by his MBA, allow him to offer a multi- dimensional perspective on real estate planning and workplace strategy.

When he's not in the office, Noah enjoys a range of outdoor activities—hiking, skiing, cycling, kayaking, and more—but especially loves when he can share these adventures with his wife, their two sons, and the family dog.
