Phoebe Seward is Senior Art Director and Creative Lead for Savills Southwest and Southeast regions. Based in Houston, she leads creative strategy and execution across both regions, partnering with brokers, leadership and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual communications that support client objectives and new business opportunities.

With more than a decade of experience in design and creative direction, Phoebe brings a strategic approach to brand development and visual storytelling. She leads the creative development of proposals, pitch books and presentations, property branding and marketing campaigns, research collateral and other strategic materials across print, digital, motion and interactive platforms. From initial concept and creative direction through final execution, she translates business objectives and complex ideas into clear, distinctive and engaging experiences.

As a creative leader, Phoebe focuses on strengthening the connection between design and the business. She mentors and develops regional creative talent, champions design excellence and brand consistency, and collaborates closely with colleagues across Pursuits, Research, Marketing and other areas of the firm. She also develops and leads design strategy training for creative and marketing professionals, with a focus on visual storytelling, creative direction and effectively communicating the strategic thinking behind design.

Prior to joining Savills, Phoebe spent seven and a half years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she progressed from Graphic Designer to Senior Graphic Designer for the Americas Business Development team. In that role, she partnered with brokers, business development teams and subject matter experts across the Americas to develop creative strategies for high-profile pursuits and client presentations. Earlier in her career, she served as a Brand Designer for Zann Commercial Brokerage and worked in graphics and editorial at PaperCity Magazine.

Phoebe is an award-winning designer whose work and contributions have been recognized throughout her career. She is also the founder and Creative Director of Clearly Creative and host of the Clearly Creative Podcast, where she shares perspectives on creative careers, professional growth, creative process and visual storytelling.
