Rachel Williams is a Manager of Change Management at Savills, where she brings expertise in organizational change management, strategic communications, and employee engagement to workplace transformation initiatives. She partners with leaders and stakeholders to assess the impact of workplace changes, build alignment around new ways of working, and develop communication and engagement strategies that support successful adoption.

Prior to joining Savills, Rachel worked at Capgemini in roles spanning change management consulting, internal communications, and social impact, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives and drove measurable improvements in employee engagement.

Earlier in her career, Rachel gained experience in project management, community impact, and event coordination across the national laboratory, flexible workspace, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. Her work included supporting complex projects, strengthening stakeholder alignment, and developing strategies that connect people to organizational priorities.
