Rick Croshaw is a Project Manager, based in Savills New York office. He brings 30 years of experience in project management and sales. Rick brings an extraordinary work ethic to the projects he leads and is highly trusted by clients and colleagues.

Prior to joining Savills, he was a Project Manager for Hoffman, a leading move management consultancy. Initially joining the firm as a project manager and technician providing helpdesk support, he was quickly promoted to leadership roles that involved planning and implementing project moves while managing a team. He has managed over 5,000 transactions in a year with an excellent success rate. His projects have included supporting lab moves and opening new buildings in support of Group M, Comcast, and Warner Media.
