Richard Hoffman is the President of Savills Relocation Management based in the New York office. Rick will lead the expansion of the firm’s integrated service platform, providing clients with a single, seamless solution for planning and executing complex workplace transitions across sectors and geographies.

Prior to joining Savills, Richard L. Hoffman founded Hoffman, a leading move management consultancy, to support office moves in New York City. With over 40 years of experience, Rick brings a longstanding history and expertise to the industry after working at all levels of the moving business before starting Hoffman. His enterprise-wide management includes spearheading the creation of systems and procedures to ensure optimal service delivery for clients such as WPP, Willis Towers Watson, Estee Lauder, and Equitable. He has built a stellar culture rooted in client advocacy and individualized solutions. Rick has personally guided the planning and programming of larger projects, including Disney’s occupancy of its new one million square foot campus at 7 Hudson Square and the recent relocation of prestigious law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, into 445,559 square feet of new space at 2 Manhattan West. Rick takes pride in his successful career and the formidable relationships he has developed across the nation, which have led to a reputation that helps clients have confidence that their planning, programming, and relocation needs will be met every step of the way.
