Samantha Brennan joined Savills in 2016 and currently works out of the firm’s office in Tampa, Florida. As a member of the Occupier Services team, Samantha specializes in overseeing clients’ national portfolios and analyzing their business potential in certain demographics. By offering business intelligence through advisory and analytical services, Samantha assists companies in cutting real estate costs, improving business practices and boosting their business potential. Samantha and her team have a track record of measurable performance and positive relationships across the industry.

Prior to joining Savills, Samantha was a lease analyst for Cushman & Wakefield. She also worked as a quality control team lead for Kass Shuler, auditor for Mortgage Compliance Advisors (MCA), Mortgage Processor for Wells Fargo and verification specialist for DataVision.
