Soufian Alsabbagh is a Senior Vice President in Savills New York City office. As part of the Global Occupier Services group of Savills, he helps global corporations with all their real estate portfolio requirements, with a specific focus on Cross Border service delivery involving multiple verticals: Consulting, Transaction Management, Project Management, Technology, Valuation, and more.

Prior to Savills, Soufian advised major enterprise clients on their global real estate strategies. He oversaw the global delivery of services for several multinational companies based on the East Coast. Soufian was also responsible for expanding the growth of international business across the globe, including cross-selling services worldwide.

In his previous role, Soufian spent three years in Paris, where he was part of the Consulting and Transaction Management practice, serving international portfolio clients.

Over the past ten years, Soufian has advised more than thirty industry-leading American and European corporations on their global real estate strategies and has operated across 75 countries to oversee the execution of 600-plus real estate projects. He was involved in more than 5,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions in all sectors, including office, retail and industrial. He advised clients with corporate portfolios totaling over 50,000,000 square feet.

AWARDS, ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACTIVITIES

Soufian has taught Geopolitics and International Project Management at ESSEC Business School (Paris) and Baruch College (New York). He also authored two books, wrote 120-plus articles, and delivered 20-plus conferences in French and English. Soufian also counts over 250 appearances on national television. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Transatlantic Forum of the French-American Foundation.

In 2017, Soufian was part of Emmanuel Macron’s campaign team and helped shape the President’s platform on the economy and European policy.
