By reviewing existing or proposed floor plans, our workplace strategy team can use a combination of figures to determine the work styles and functions supported by current and planned spaces. The resultant figures allow us to understand where there are potential pain points in the space and recognize opportunities for improvement.
Our quantification of the space plans can then be cross-referenced with findings during occupancy analysis to understand the performance of space types and space adjacencies throughout an organization's real estate portfolio.
