SAN ANTONIO (January 29, 2025) – Savills announced today the appointment of Clare Flesher as managing director in its San Antonio office. With over 25 years of commercial real estate expertise and a keen understanding of regional dynamics, Flesher will provide real estate advisory services for occupiers throughout the San Antonio area.

Prior to joining Savills, Clare served as managing director for NAI Partners in San Antonio, where he successfully spearheaded the launch, growth, and ongoing operations of the office. His previous roles include key positions at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services and CBRE, where he gained significant expertise in commercial real estate trends and strategies. Flesher will work closely with Associate Director Will Tittmann on expanding our market share in San Antonio and South Texas.
