Savills Brings Impact Museums’ The Original “Immersive Van Gogh” Exhibition to Scottsdale, Arizona

The experiential museum operator brings its popular art experience to the Old Town district

PHOENIX (September 7, 2021) – Savills represented Impact Museums in a long-term lease transaction for its blockbuster art experience, The Original “Immersive Van Gogh” exhibit. The exhibit will span nearly 43,000 square feet of the Galleria Corporate Center located at 4301 North Scottsdale Road in the Old Town neighborhood of Scottsdale. The exhibit space will be known as the Lighthouse Artspace while Impact Museums is in residence. Savills Vice Chairmen Josh Gorin and Tiffany Winne represented the company in negotiations.

“Impact Museums is expanding worldwide and was seeking a large-scale venue to bring its internationally recognized exhibit to the Greater Phoenix area,” said Gorin. “The Galleria Corporate Center is a thriving creative hub and home to many innovative tech companies that made it an ideal location for Impact. The Galleria’s space provided structural and technological requirements necessary for Impact to bring the art experience to life. The Old Town neighborhood is known for its entertainment district, and The Original “Immersive Van Gogh” exhibit is a natural complement to the energy of downtown Scottsdale.”

Savills also provided project management services and oversaw the buildout of the space and procured design partners including architecture firm Corgan and Jokake Construction. The exhibit is now open, and tickets can be purchased online at www.vangoghphx.com.

“We are looking forward to transforming our location at the Galleria Corporate Center into the Lighthouse Artspace. The Original “Immersive Van Gogh” exhibit will be the first of many art, culture and entertainment experiences we hope to bring to the Greater Phoenix area,” said Diana Rayzman, co-founder of Impact Museums.

Impact Museums was established by a passionate team of creative entrepreneurs building the next generation of museums and experiences. The innovative company operates a series of progressive museum experiences focused on important social and cultural causes that inspire audiences worldwide.

The Galleria Corporate Center includes a 546,000-square-foot creative office building connected by a skybridge and an adjacent ten-story parking garage. Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, the property is near a superior collection of restaurants, nightlife, and hotels. It is a short walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square, an upscale shopping mall with more than 200 stores, restaurants, and a movie theater.
