Savills Expands Houston Office with Addition of Brandi Sikes and Katherine Bowler Rosen

Established team joins from Sikes Solutions, expanding tenant representation and corporate occupier advisory capabilities

HOUSTON (Oct. 28, 2026)—Savills announces that Brandi Sikes and Katherine Bowler Rosen have joined its Houston office as Executive Managing Director and Assistant Director, respectively. The established team joins from Sikes Solutions, a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm founded by Sikes, bringing a relationship-driven approach to advising corporate occupiers on real estate strategies that support their business objectives and long-term growth.

Together, Sikes and Bowler Rosen will focus on advising Houston-based companies with real estate needs across multiple markets, including headquarters strategy, office and industrial leasing, and life sciences-related real estate requirements. Their approach emphasizes understanding each client's business, culture and operational priorities to develop real estate solutions that support both immediate needs and future growth.

“Brandi and Katherine have built a strong working relationship and share a thoughtful, client-focused approach to real estate advisory,” said Co-President of Texas Mark O’Donnell. “Their experience and entrepreneurial mindset are a great fit for our Houston office. As more companies look beyond individual transactions to make real estate decisions that support their broader business strategies, their combined expertise and our global platform will help us deliver even greater value to clients.”

Sikes brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience advising corporate occupiers on complex real estate decisions. Before joining Savills, she founded and led Sikes Solutions, where she and Bowler Rosen built an advisory practice focused on delivering personalized tenant representation and corporate real estate services.

“Throughout my career, I've focused on helping business leaders make real estate decisions that support where their organizations are today and where they want to go,” said Sikes. “Katherine and I have built our business around understanding our clients and delivering highly personalized advice. Savills allows us to continue that approach while leveraging the firm's Global Occupier Services platform and collaborating with professionals across markets who share our commitment to client service.”

Bowler Rosen brings six years of commercial real estate industry experience, including approximately 18 months in brokerage. Working alongside Sikes, she advises corporate occupiers on workplace requirements, real estate strategy and growth opportunities, bringing a relationship-driven perspective to help clients navigate important business decisions.

“Savills offers the best of both worlds: the personal, relationship-driven approach that has been central to our work together and the resources of a global organization,” said Bowler Rosen. “The workplace plays an important role in reflecting a company's culture and supporting its people. We're excited to build on our partnership and help clients develop real estate strategies that align with their business goals, wherever those needs may take them.”

The addition of Sikes and Bowler Rosen further strengthens Savills Houston tenant representation capabilities, expanding the firm's ability to advise corporate occupiers on complex real estate decisions across local, national and global markets.
