Savills Relocates Los Angeles Office to 1900 Avenue of the Stars

The global real estate advisory firm will consolidate its two locations and relocate to a 20,000-square-foot space in the center of Century City

LOS ANGELES (March 18, 2025)—Savills announces today that it will consolidate its two Los Angeles offices and relocate to a full floor at 1900 Avenue of the Stars this summer. The global real estate advisory firm will occupy a nearly 20,000-square-foot space in the building, currently under renovation in the heart of the Century City submarket.

“Savills has a long history in the Los Angeles market, and we are building on this legacy by combining our West and Downtown locations to create a new, experiential office environment,” said Savills Los Angeles region President Josh Gorin, who oversaw lease negotiations for the new lease. “We’ve always believed that the best ideas come from working together. This new space reflects who we are—a tight-knit, forward-thinking and collaborative team. It won’t be a typical office, but a launchpad for big ideas and bold solutions. We look forward to moving into 1900 Avenue of the Stars, which will place us in the premier office building in Century City and allow us to do what we do best: providing industry-leading services for our clients.”

“At Savills, having everyone together under one roof allows us to continue building on our unique culture—where each person feels valued, supported and motivated to do their best work,” added Savills President, West Patrick McGrath. “We’re excited to create a space that not only inspires our team but also contributes to the broader growth and innovation of the LA Region. This office is a bold investment in our people, clients and future.”

1900 Avenue of the Stars is a 28-story, 622,000-square-foot, Class-A high-rise office building currently undergoing a $100M redevelopment and is being re-envisioned by Montalba Architects and OJB Landscape Architecture. The towers will receive several significant site improvements, including updated landscape and hardscape, waterproofing, glazing on two levels, curtain wall addition, and refinishing of the façade. The property boasts easy access to downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Westwood and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and offers spectacular views of the surrounding communities of Beverly Hills and Bel Air as well as the Los Angeles Country Club and the Pacific Ocean. The building was represented in lease negotiations by Peter Best of LA Realty Partners and David Freitag, Kayla Rix and Rocky Binswanger of CBRE.
