New York, NY – (February 17, 2026) – Savills announces that it has hired Tom Viscount as Executive Managing Director, further strengthening the firm’s industrial platform and long-term growth strategy across Florida.

Viscount will lead and expand the firm’s industrial services capabilities throughout the state, with an initial focus on Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. In his role, he will assemble and grow a high-performing industrial team covering the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach markets, while also supporting broader multi-market pursuits nationally.

Viscount brings more than two decades of experience with a strong focus on industrial real estate. He is widely recognized as a leading figure in Florida’s industrial market, advising clients on complex leasing assignments and strategic transactions across the region, with additional experience supporting national transactions.

Viscount will also work closely with Gregg Healy, Executive Vice President and Head of Industrial Services, to collaborate on multi-market assignments across the U.S., while continuing to transact industrial business in South Florida.
