DALLAS, TX (March 4, 2026)—Savills today announced that Eric Crutchfield has joined the firm as Vice Chairman in its Dallas office. His addition accelerates the firm’s growth across Texas and strengthens its industrial advisory capabilities in one of the nation’s most active industrial and logistics markets.
Crutchfield’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in its Texas industrial platform and strengthens the firm’s senior advisory capabilities in Dallas. Savills has been steadily building its industrial presence in the market, including the addition of Vice Chairman Charles Brewer last summer.
“Dallas continues to be a priority growth market for Savills, and expanding our industrial advisory capabilities here has been a clear focus for our Texas region,” said Cally Miltenberger, Co-President, Texas Region at Savills. “Clients need senior expertise on the ground, backed by national connectivity. Eric brings an outstanding track record and immediate credibility in the industrial and logistics space, and his addition reinforces our long-term commitment to this market.”
The Savills industrial practice continues to expand nationally, with a strategy centered on recruiting top talent in key markets and connecting local execution with multi-market, portfolio, and cross-border demands. The platform supports clients on leasing, portfolio strategy, site selection, and broader real estate decision-making across industrial and logistics assets.
“Savills continues to grow because we’re building teams that match how clients operate today; across markets, across portfolios and across the full range of industrial real estate decisions,” said Gregg Healy, EVP, Head of Industrial & Logistics for Savills in North America. “Adding Eric in Dallas is a strategic step forward. Dallas is one of the most important industrial markets in the country, and this strengthens our ability to deliver high-impact advisory services for both occupiers and owners with the scale and connectivity clients expect.”
Crutchfield joins Savills from Stream Realty Partners, where he served as an Executive Vice President in the firm’s Industrial Division. He brings extensive experience advising clients locally and nationally, with expertise spanning portfolio strategy, leasing, acquisition and disposition advisory, project execution, investment sales, and development services. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 40 million square feet of transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in transaction value.
“What drew me to Savills is the platform with its reach, its relationships, and the ability to support clients without boundaries,” said Crutchfield. “My approach has always been relationship-first, with execution grounded in strategy. Savills offers a true national and global network I can leverage to bring more resources to clients, collaborate across markets, and help build a team in Texas that can support everything from single-market assignments to complex, multi-market portfolios.”
