NEW YORK, NY (March 5, 2026)—Savills today announced the promotion of Kim Esposito to Executive Vice President, Global Head of Lease Administration & Audit within Global Occupier Services. In this role, Esposito will lead the firm’s established global lease administration and audit platform, overseeing service delivery across the Americas, EMEA and APAC while advancing alignment, consistency and best practices across regions.
“Lease administration and audit have long been a cornerstone of our Global Occupier Services platform, and Kim has been instrumental in strengthening how we deliver it for clients around the world,” said Rick Schuham, Chief Executive Officer, Global Occupier Services at Savills. “This promotion reflects the impact she’s already made across our teams and our clients, and it underscores our focus on consistent delivery, high-integrity data, and strategic insight at a global scale.”
Esposito’s remit spans Savills delivery hubs and service teams across Florida, Texas, the Philippines, Poland, and the UK, which manage and analyze complex, multi-market lease portfolios for occupiers across industries. Her global leadership will reinforce a clear delivery model while ensuring service execution remains responsive to local market practices and regulatory requirements.
“Our focus has always been a consistent model and clear delivery path that integrates best practices while respecting regional nuances, from local real estate practices to regulatory requirements. This evolution strengthens worldwide connectivity while remaining responsive to local market practices, enriching our seamless global offering and overall client experience,” said Esposito. “No matter the geographic scope, our clients receive the same white-glove service and the same confidence in the data and insights we provide to make well-informed real estate decisions.”
Esposito joined Savills more than a decade ago in Tampa, where she led the continued growth of the firm’s North American lease administration and audit practice and helped deepen global client partnerships. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she has supported the expansion of multi-market, multi-service, long-term engagements across Global Occupier Services. Today, the firm’s managed portfolio spans billions of square feet, serving clients across sectors—from high-growth companies entering new markets to global multinationals seeking consistent guidance worldwide.
