Jacksonville, FL – (March 16, 2026) – Savills announces that it has hired Andrew Hawkins as Senior Managing Director, strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities in North Florida and marking a strategic expansion into the Jacksonville market.
“Andrew’s wealth of experience across both major gateway markets and growing regional markets will be invaluable as we continue scaling our platform across Florida,” said Mike Griffin, Vice Chairman and Co-Head of the Florida Region. “His appointment, in conjunction with our long-standing success working with occupiers of real estate in Jacksonville, reflects our continued commitment to investing in markets where our clients are growing and making long-term real estate decisions. We are excited to now firmly plant the Savills flag in Jacksonville.”
Hawkins brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience spanning tenant advisory and landlord representation assignments across the office, retail and industrial sectors. Before joining Savills, he served as Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial in Jacksonville, overseeing leasing and advisory services for a portfolio of more than 2,000,000 square feet of office space and industrial assets. Earlier in his career, Hawkins held leadership roles at Transwestern, Jones Lang LaSalle and Grubb & Ellis in New York, where he advised corporate occupiers on complex, multi-market transactions and strategic portfolio initiatives.
“Savills collaborative platform and occupier-focused approach align strongly with how I have advised clients throughout my career,” Hawkins said. “The strength of the firm’s international network also creates meaningful opportunities to connect Northeast Florida with companies expanding from abroad, and to support international organizations seeking to establish or grow their footprint in this region. I look forward to advising clients locally while leveraging Savills global platform to deliver integrated, cross-border solutions.”
Hawkins will be based in Jacksonville, expanding the firm’s representation in this strategic market and enhancing its ability to serve occupiers and investors across Northeast Florida. Jacksonville has emerged as one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States, supported by strong population growth and expanding corporate activity. Entering 2026, the local office market has shown increasing signs of stabilization and renewed leasing momentum across key suburban submarkets, creating opportunities for occupiers seeking cost-effective, flexible solutions.
