Philadelphia, PA – (March 20, 2026) – Savills announces that it has hired Robert Mansell as a Managing Director in the firm’s Philadelphia office, further strengthening its industrial platform across the I-83 corridor, Lehigh Valley and across the region.
Mansell will focus on industrial occupier advisory services, including portfolio strategy, site selection and transaction management. Savills has been actively engaged in the Philadelphia metropolitan area’s industrial market, with Southeast Pennsylvania recording 6.7 million square feet of deliveries in 2025. Mansell’s appointment comes at a time when many of these properties remain newly delivered and not yet fully leased, creating a tenants’ market with marginally lower year-over-year asking rents in Q4 2025. Specifically, he will advise clients on both local and national assignments, supporting complex real estate strategies across manufacturing, supply chain and logistics sectors.
“[JH1] Robert’s background advising institutional landlords and corporate occupiers gives him a distinct perspective in today’s industrial market,” said Greg Soffian, Vice Chairman, Savills. “Philadelphia’s industrial market remains a key area of focus for our continued growth, and his experience managing global tenant relationships and executing large-scale transactions enhances our ability to deliver strategic and occupier-focused solutions throughout the region.”
Mansell brings significant experience in managing large-scale tenant portfolios and advising multinational corporations. Before joining Savills, he served as Manager of Global Tenant Accounts at EQT Real Estate, where he was responsible for servicing corporate tenants across the Americas, Europe and Asia. In that role, he acted as a single point of contact and strategic advisor to Fortune 500 occupiers, leading leasing initiatives, acquisitions, build-to-suit projects and sustainability-driven solutions. Over the course of his career, Mansell has executed more than five million square feet of lease transactions.
“The Savills occupier-focused platform and collaborative culture create a strong foundation for advising clients navigating increasingly complex supply chain and location decisions,” said Mansell. “I look forward to building upon the firm’s industrial capabilities in Philadelphia and contributing to broader multi-market pursuits, while reflecting the resilience, accountability and strong sense of partnership that define this city, as well as the people and businesses that drive it forward.”
Mansell holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Urban Planning from Binghamton University, where he was a four-year letter winner and captain of the NCAA Division I men’s basketball team. He serves on the Board of Directors for African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP PHL) and is a mentor with the TGR Foundation.
