CHICAGO (June 8, 2026)— Savills is pleased to announce it has been honored with two top distinctions at the 2026 Illinois REjournal Real Estate Awards, earning Brokerage Firm of the Year – National and Broker Team of the Year – Leasing. The awards recognize outstanding achievement, leadership and impact across the commercial real estate industry.

The Broker Team of the Year – Leasing award was presented to the Learner-Sevim Tenant Advisory Team, led by Chairman of North America Brokerage Joe Learner and Chicago Region President Robert Sevim. Team members Alex Greene, Cullen Hurley, David Mahoney, James Otto, Bernice Ramos, Stephen Scott and Adam Southard also share in the recognition.

In 2025, the team delivered one of its most impactful years to date, completing nearly one million square feet of transactions valued at more than $370 million on behalf of a diverse roster of occupier clients spanning industries, building types and submarkets across Chicago’s Central Business District and suburban markets. Among the team’s most notable assignments were Sargent & Lundy’s continued expansion at 77 W. Wacker Drive and Brookfield Properties’ 123,714-square-foot headquarters lease extension at 350 N. Orleans Street.
