MIAMI (July 7, 2026) – Savills announces that Vicky Ban has joined its Miami office as an Associate Director, expanding the firm’s Korean Corporate Services Desk. Ban will work alongside Houston-based Associate Director Nathaniel Han as co-lead of the group.
Savills Korean Corporate Services is a specialized advisory practice dedicated to helping Korean companies navigate commercial real estate decisions and business expansion throughout North America. The Korea Desk provides tailored advisory services to Korean companies and investors seeking to establish, expand or optimize their real estate footprint in North America. The practice leverages Savills global platform and integrated service offerings to support clients with market entry strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, workplace strategy, portfolio planning, project management and broader real estate decision-making.
“Korean companies entering or expanding within the U.S. face a unique set of challenges that extend well beyond real estate transactions,” said Han. “Success requires a deep understanding of local markets, labor dynamics, business practices and cultural expectations. By combining local market expertise with firsthand knowledge of Korean business culture, our team helps clients make informed decisions that support their long-term growth objectives. Vicky’s addition significantly strengthens our ability to deliver that guidance across North America.”
Ban brings more than a decade of experience spanning commercial real estate, architecture, design, branding and corporate advisory services. Before joining Savills, she supported senior executives and advisory teams in New York and contributed to strategic real estate initiatives for major corporate occupiers. She specializes in advising Korean companies on U.S. market expansion, site selection and corporate real estate strategy, with experience supporting office and industrial occupiers across major U.S. markets. Leveraging her bilingual fluency in Korean and English, as well as her understanding of both business cultures, she helps clients navigate complex real estate and operational decisions. Ban also serves as a Board Member of the Korean Chapter of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce.
“Joining Savills presents an exciting opportunity to further expand the firm’s relationships within the Korean business community and build upon the strong foundation Nathaniel has established,” said Ban. “As more Korean companies continue to invest and grow throughout the United States, we see significant opportunities to provide strategic real estate guidance backed by Savills global platform and local market expertise. I look forward to helping clients navigate new markets and achieve their business objectives with confidence.”
Together, Han and Ban provide Korean clients with a combination of cross-border business expertise, national market coverage and local market knowledge. Their experience spans major U.S. markets including Texas, Florida, Georgia, Arizona, California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Virginia and Washington, D.C., as well as projects throughout Canada and Mexico.
The growth of Savills Korean Corporate Services reflects broader shifts in corporate investment patterns as Korean companies continue to expand beyond traditional gateway markets and into emerging business hubs throughout the South and other high-growth regions. With Han and Ban strategically based in Texas and Florida, two of the nation’s fastest-growing business markets, and bringing dedicated experience advising clients across major metropolitan markets throughout North America, Savills is uniquely positioned to support organizations wherever their growth plans lead. By combining strategic consulting, market intelligence and transaction expertise, the team helps Korean companies align their real estate strategies with broader business goals while successfully navigating the nuances of operating in North America.
