PHILADELPHIA (Aug. 11, 2026)—Savills announces it has successfully represented Lasko Products, Inc. in the sale of its 132,736-square-foot industrial facility located at 525 Mill Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania. Associate Director Michael Styer and Associate Director Jonathan Kays represented Lasko in the transaction.
The facility sold to Kleen-Rite Corp for $8,959,680 – $67.50 per square foot – reflecting the strong buyer demand generated through Savills strategic marketing campaign and competitive bidding process.
“From day one, our objective was to create competition in the marketplace,” said Styer. “By strategically positioning the asset and leveraging our owner-user relationships, we generated strong demand that supported a timely transaction and a successful outcome.”
Lasko engaged Savills in March 2026 to market the 10.81-acre industrial property following the Savills completion of a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) in late 2025. Building on Vice Chairman Zak Mirkowski’s long-standing relationship with Lasko, Savills developed and executed a strategic disposition plan that leveraged targeted outreach and the firm’s extensive owner-user network. The process generated three competitive offers within the first two weeks of marketing, delivering an expedited disposition while maximizing value for the client.
“Savills executed an efficient and disciplined sales process from valuation through closing,” said Jonathan Laug, Vice President of Operations at Lasko Product. “The team’s ability to quickly generate multiple qualified offers and negotiate an outcome that surpassed our expectations made them an invaluable partner throughout the transaction.”
Savills recent Pennsylvania I-81/78 Corridor Q2 2026 Industrial Market Report found the regional industrial market experienced a notable increase in demand during the second quarter. While activity remains below the record levels seen in 2021 and 2022, big box demand and speculative development have returned in a meaningful way, with net absorption totaling 3.2 million square feet. Rental rates remain resilient, reflecting continued confidence from both landlords and investors. As development activity recalibrates and competition for high-quality industrial facilities remains strong, strategically positioned owner-user opportunities continue to generate significant interest from buyers.
