AUSTIN (September 3, 2026)—Savills announces that Erin Morales, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Austin, has been honored as a finalist in the Austin Business Journal 2026 Women in Business Awards, an annual program recognizing women across Central Texas who have forged their own paths and developed distinctive leadership principles.

A commercial real estate veteran with 25 years of experience, Morales has built a career advising some of the world’s most sophisticated occupiers, executing complex, multi-year real estate strategies and negotiating transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet. Her career has evolved from that of a leading tenant representation broker into a broader leadership role focused on building teams, developing talent and growing Savills presence in Austin.

Morales joined Savills in January 2025 to lead the firm’s Austin office, bringing extensive transaction experience and a vision for building a multidisciplinary advisory platform in one of the country’s most competitive commercial real estate markets. Under her leadership, the office has doubled in size, growing from six professionals to 12 in just over a year. She has also expanded its capabilities beyond its traditional office tenant representation focus by adding expertise in industrial, healthcare and incentives.
