Peter joined Savills in 2012 as an assistant director. His in-depth knowledge of the New York City commercial real estate market enables Peter to execute innovative transactions which meet his client’s business objectives. Currently, Peter works with Erik Schmall, Scott Weiss and Dan Thompson in representing tenants seeking acquisitions, dispositions and strategic planning advisory. Peter is primarily responsible for new business development, market analysis and transaction execution. Notable clients of Peter’s include The Pratt Institute, Gerber Technology, Bankrate.com, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Apax Partners, Leerink Partners and Withersworldwide.
Prior to his time at Savills, Peter worked as an associate for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Specifically, Peter worked on national leasing assignments for well-known brands such as Starwood Hotels and Morton’s Steak House and participated on the agency team for Building Land Technology’s multi-million square foot Harbor Point campus in Stamford, CT. In addition, Peter participated in numerous New York City leasing transactions such as 15,000 square feet at 100 Broadway for Fensterstock and Partners, 15,000 square feet at 48 Wall Street for Louis Berger Group and 20,000 square feet throughout the five boroughs for Mobile Health.
Peter also serves as an advisor to his family’s real estate company, EI Realty, in Cedar Knolls, NJ.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
In his spare time, Peter is a mentor for the Citysquash Organization, a nonprofit after-school enrichment program based in the Bronx at Fordham University. He is an accomplished athlete himself as a former world-ranked #1 rackets doubles player, three-time National Rackets Doubles champion and the 2017 British Open Rackets Doubles champion.
