PHILADELPHIA (December 6, 2022) – Savills has named Senior Vice President Jay Joyce branch manager of its Philadelphia office, partnering with Vice Chairman and Branch Manager Greg Soffian to continue strengthening the firm’s capabilities and growing its market presence. Joyce succeeds Executive Vice President Hether Smith, one of the market’s top producers, who will focus on pursuing brokerage full time.

Joyce joined Savills in 2011 and specializes in tenant representation and transaction management. He regularly advises regional, national, and international office and industrial clients on portfolio strategy, strategic consulting, and financial analytics. His roster includes Comcast, DuPont, and Jefferson Health Systems.
