LeadsOnline Nearly Doubles Headquarters at Legacy Town Center II

The global provider of data, analysis and ballistic tools for law enforcement agencies will remain in place and expand onto a full floor

DALLAS (June 18, 2025) – Savills oversaw the real estate plan for LeadsOnline’s Texas-based headquarters. The investigative technology company will remain in its current 14,992-square-foot space at the Legacy Town Center II building located at 6900 North Dallas Parkway in Plano. It will expand onto a full floor, bringing its total footprint to 27,000 square feet.

The real estate strategy for LeadsOnline was overseen by Savills Vice Chairmen Clay Vaughn and Jihane Boury with financial planning by Executive Managing Director Adam Southard.

“LeadsOnline is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Texas,” said Vaughn. “After acquiring several companies over the past few years, it needed to increase its office footprint to accommodate additional headcount growth and its expanding technology practice. It was an ideal business solution to remain in the building as we were able to conveniently expand onto the full 8th floor, providing LeadsOnline the opportunity to enhance team collaboration and support future growth, all while maintaining continuity for its employees.”

“The Legacy Business Park is a financially stable building that allows LeadsOnline the flexibility to plan for future expansion as the company continues to grow and evolve in the years ahead,” added Boury.

Legacy Town Center II is part of the Legacy Business Park that includes three buildings and provides seamless access to the Dallas North Tollway. The campus features multiple amenities, including two conference facilities, a new state-of-the-art fitness center, and a private shuttle service to the nearby Shops at Legacy. Alexandra Cullins of CBRE represented the building in lease negotiations.

“Our expansion at Legacy Town Center II is a testament to LeadsOnline's growth and our unwavering commitment to empowering law enforcement. We’re thrilled to deepen our roots in North Texas with this larger footprint, which will enable us to continue driving innovation and ensure our team has the collaborative environment needed to deliver the critical solutions that make communities safer worldwide,” said Alex Finley, CEO of LeadsOnline.
