DALLAS (June 16, 2025) – Savills is proud to announce the addition of Charles Brewer to its Dallas-Fort Worth office. Brewer joins as vice chairman and will focus on advising industrial occupiers on tenant representation strategies. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in more than 10 million square feet of transactions across North America, valued at over $660 million.
“Charles is one of the most elite industrial producers in the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” said Savills Texas Co-region President Cally Miltenberger. “Bringing Charles on board is a strategic investment that reinforces our commitment to growing our tenant advisory services for the industrial sector. His proven track record and deep expertise will enhance our ability to offer tailored solutions throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market, which is among the top distribution hubs in the U.S.”
Before joining Savills, he served as a senior vice president at Stream Realty Partners, where he represented a variety of major clients in significant transactions, including on behalf of Automann, BSN Sports, Cart.com, UPS and Southern Tire Mart. He began his career with Transwestern, and before entering the commercial real estate industry, Charles spent 10 years playing professional baseball in the Major Leagues with both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Cleveland Indians.
Though based in Dallas, Brewer will also be a member of Savills North American Industrial Services team, led by Savills Executive Vice President Gregg Healy. “Dallas-Fort Worth leads the nation in demand growth, recording 156 million square feet of net absorption over the past five years. We are looking forward to tapping into Charles’ extensive network that will amplify our broader industrial strategy nationally,” added Healy.
Brewer’s arrival coincides with Savills 25th anniversary in Dallas-Fort Worth and the firm’s upcoming relocation and expansion to the 23Springs building. The office will reopen on the 14th floor later this August.
“Industrial users are currently navigating shifting supply chains, rising costs, and evolving workforce needs in an effort to derisk real estate strategy during a very volatile time,” shares Brewer. “I’m excited to join Savills, a firm known for its strategic insight, client-first approach, and global platform. I look forward to helping occupiers find flexible, efficient solutions that position them for long-term success in one of the nation’s most competitive logistics hubs.”
