SAN DIEGO (July 8, 2025) – Savills is relocating its San Diego office to a 4,773-square-foot space in building five of the Coastal Collection at Torrey Reserve, located at 11321 El Camino Real in the Del Mar Heights-Carmel Valley submarket. The new office will include flexible workspaces, communal spaces, a private patio and offer Savills-branded building signage. The firm was represented by Vice Chairmen Shane Poppen and Zach Millrood, and plans to relocate in August.

Coastal Collection at Torrey Reserve is a 14-building, 552,000-square-foot Class A office campus. The building is currently undergoing full renovation, and as part of the Coastal Collection, the amenities include a full-service fitness facility, conference center, communal areas, outdoor lounges, café, a Bright Horizons Daycare, and yoga studio. Owned and managed by American Assets Trust, the campus provides a wide range of onsite dining experiences, ample parking, and immediate access to I-5, I-805, and SR-56.
