SAN DIEGO (June 4, 2026)—Savills announces Kevin Beaumonte as a Corporate Managing Director in its San Diego office. Beaumonte will focus on providing strategic tenant representation services to corporate occupiers across the region, further strengthening Savills growing presence in Southern California.
With more than 12 years of experience advising office occupiers, Beaumonte has completed over 500 transactions throughout his career, representing organizations ranging from high-boutique professional service firms to multinational companies with complex portfolio requirements. He specializes in lease negotiations, workplace strategy, facility acquisitions and occupancy cost reduction initiatives.
“Kevin brings an exceptional combination of market expertise, analytical rigor and client-first advisory experience that aligns seamlessly with Savills global platform,” said Shane Poppen, Vice Chairman and San Diego Market Leader at Savills. “As companies continue reevaluating how their workplaces support broader business objectives, Kevin’s strategic approach and deep understanding of the San Diego market will create tremendous value for our clients.”
Beaumonte advises companies throughout San Diego County and supports regional clients with multi-market requirements. His work is centered on helping professional services firms make real estate decisions that support their operational, financial and workforce objectives.
“The San Diego office market continues to be driven by strong fundamentals across defense, healthcare and life sciences, and we are seeing growing demand from professional services firms supporting those industries,” said Beaumonte. “Savills platform allows me to bring a highly strategic, data-driven approach to clients in this sector, helping them navigate an evolving workplace landscape while positioning their real estate to attract and retain top talent.”
Beaumonte joins Savills during a period of strategic growth for the firm in San Diego and across Southern California. Last year, Savills relocated its San Diego office to Coastal Collection at Torrey Reserve, a newly renovated Class A campus in the Del Mar Heights-Carmel Valley submarket. It offers expanded amenities, collaborative workspaces and increased connectivity for clients and employees.
