Savills Dillon Dummit Named to Real Estate Forum’s 2019 50 Under 40 List

Prestigious designation honors the commercial real estate industry’s top-performing young professionals

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (October 15, 2019)Dillon Dummit has been named to Real Estate Forum’s 2019 50 Under 40 list, the publication’s annual class of top-performing young commercial real estate professionals. The honorees are selected from a pool of more than 400 highly qualified nominees.

Dummit, 38, is a senior managing director in Savills Orange County office. He specializes in Industrial Services, and provides integrated consulting and brokerage solutions exclusively to occupiers of warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

“Bringing products to customers faster and more efficiently is the top priority for companies, and we are dedicated to creating facilities solutions that achieve this objective,” said Dummit. “As e-commerce and other technological innovations continue to transform the logistics industry, industrial tenants’ needs have become increasingly complex.”

Dummit and his team work closely with clients to identify the operational drivers that significantly impact the bottom line. Areas of expertise include supply chain and logistics strategy, business processes, capital markets, site selection, lease and purchase negotiations, utility benchmarking, incentives analysis, project management and workforce analytics.

Over the course of his 15-year career, Dummit has completed more than 30 million square feet of transactions, equaling in excess of $2 billion in total volume. He’s executed transactions in 29 states and seven countries.
