Savills Expands Orange County Presence with Addition of Scott Wetzel

Wetzel joins the firm as executive managing director and will specialize in advising office and industrial occupiers

ORANGE COUNTY (May 19, 2025) – Savills announced today it is boosting its Orange County office with the addition of Scott Wetzel. Wetzel joins as executive managing director and brings over 15 years of experience to the firm.

A Southern California native, Wetzel joins Savills from JLL where he was managing director and guided organizations from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies on their real estate objectives. Previous clients include Kobe, Inc., GameWorks, Mitsubishi Motors, Oculus VR, Inc., Tricon, Hines, and Ally Bank. Prior to JLL he was an associate at 360 Commercial Partners. Joining Wetzel at the firm is Shara Famili as associate director.
