NEW YORK (September 13, 2022) – Savills today announced that Soufian Alsabbagh has joined the firm’s North American Cross Border Tenant Advisory group as a director. Alsabbagh previously served as vice president at JLL, where he was part of the firm’s International Desk team. He will be located at Savills North American headquarters at 399 Park Avenue in New York City.

In his previous role, Alsabbagh advised more than a dozen industry-leading American corporations on their respective global real estate strategies. He operated across 75 countries to oversee the execution of 400-plus real estate transactions; he also led 70-plus corporate restructuring projects, simultaneously, across six of the firm’s service lines. He has completed more than 4,000,000 MSF worth of lease transactions and has served as an advisor on over 40,000,000 MSF of real estate.
