SAN ANTONIO (August 1, 2024) – Savills is continuing its North American expansion by growing its presence in Texas with the addition of a San Antonio office. San Antonio is the fourth Savills location in Texas, joining existing offices in Houston, Dallas, and Austin.
“San Antonio is a prime example of an emerging market that has diversified its economy and is attracting a wide range of new businesses and talent. Establishing our presence in one of the fastest growing cities in the United States has long been a core part of our strategic plan for Texas,” said Savills Texas region Co-President Cally Miltenberger. “We are looking forward to growing our brand and bringing our best-in-class services and solutions to address the evolving needs of office and industrial occupiers throughout the region.”
Miltenberger, along with Savills Texas region Co-President Mark O’Donnell, will focus on recruiting top local professionals to support clients across multiple sectors, including healthcare and life sciences, professional services, technology, energy, and manufacturing and distribution.
In recent months, the firm has strengthened its Texas operation to serve as its main hub in the Southwest region. Savills recently hired Miltenberger to partner with O’Donnell to scale the firm’s offerings in the state. In June, the firm announced that it was expanding its footprint in Dallas via the relocation to 23Springs, one of the premier office buildings in the city. Over the last year, it recruited top brokerage talent, notably Jihane Boury and Clay Vaughn in Dallas, and strengthened its industrial and office research and development teams.
With 44 offices and over 900 employees in North America, Savills provides local and international clients with a comprehensive and cohesive suite of services and solutions that encompasses tenant representation, occupancy strategy and analytics, workplace strategy, capital markets, workforce and incentives strategy, labor analytics, project management, and additional areas of commercial real estate.
