CHICAGO (March 26, 2022) – Savills confirmed a multiyear lease transaction for new client Bryce Downey & Lenkov LLC. The law firm will relocate to a 13,851-square-foot space on the 36th floor of 30 North LaSalle Street. The iconic 988,000-square-foot property is currently undergoing a building repositioning by owner AmTrust Realty Corporation, transforming it into one of the most highly amenitized commercial addresses in The Loop.

Bryce Downey & Lenkov sought to reinvigorate its workspace by moving to a new office after nearly 20 years at its current location. Savills Vice Chairmen Eric Feinberg and John Goodman and Associate Director Isabel Preskill were selected to find a new real estate solution in the Loop, where the firm is committed to maintaining its presence and supporting the neighborhood.

The new location will feature a mix of private offices and open areas, and owner AmTrust Realty will build out the space. Additionally, Savills confirmed building signage on LaSalle Street for the firm.

The tenant lounge and state-of-the-art fitness center will relocate to the second floor and join via an interconnecting stairwell to expansive conference facilities on the third floor.
