The specialty insurance organization will expand its office presence in the West Loop high-rise by 50%
CHICAGO (October 6, 2025) – Savills oversaw the expansion of the Burns & Wilcox Chicago office location at 111 South Wacker in the West Loop. North America’s leading insurance wholesaler will increase its current space by 50 percent, growing from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet on the 39th floor.
The real estate process for Burns & Wilcox was managed by Vice Chairmen Eric Feinberg and Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, with additional support from Vice Chairmen John Goodman and Kirill Azovtsev, Managing Director Isabel (Preskill) Schwartz, and Corporate Managing Director Shay Bolton.
“Burns & Wilcox has been a tenant at 111 South Wacker since 2020, and its decision to expand reflects their commitment to Chicago as a key growth market,” said Nasatir. “Their success in recruiting talent and growing its headcount has necessitated this expansion and the company was able to expand contiguously on the same floor of the West Loop high-rise. The additional space will allow the company to complete space upgrades including an expanded dining area and specific zones dedicated to interaction and collaboration.”
